P2P Marketplace

Challenge: Build a rental marketplace where private individuals lend items to each other safely - with verification, insurance and split payouts.
Stack: Vendure, Nx monorepo, Angular, Stripe Connect, Sum-Sub KYC - 20+ custom plugins, iOS and Android app.
Result: Germany's largest P2P rental marketplace: 20,000+ registered users, 10,000+ items, every booking insured up to €15,000. Built as co-founder and CTO.

E-Commerce

Challenge: A premium theme plus plugin for Shopware 6 - born from a real client project on early Shopware 6.
Stack: Shopware 6, Twig, SCSS, plugin system; listed in the official Shopware Store.
Result: A production theme with versatile components - and the production experience behind my honest Vendure vs Shopware comparison.

SaaS

Challenge: A road construction and civil engineering company needed invoicing, projects and customer management in one tool instead of Excel.
Stack: Angular, Node.js, FeathersJS, MongoDB, Docker - roles & permissions, PayPal payments, custom branding.
Result: A SaaS for SME back offices that has been running in production for years and keeps being extended.

Replatforming an established UK online retailer to Vendure - 30+ custom plugins, Angular SSR storefront.
Migrating a US retail SaaS from Medusa to Vendure - multi-tenant architecture for in-store POS systems.
